We have been on the island long enough to know the villas firsthand and the neighborhoods well enough to give an honest opinion. We work with a professional rental company that manages real-time availability across 460+ private villas, so what we send you is what is actually open.
Most villa rental sites show you a price and a few photos. You book, and the rest of the trip is up to you. That is not how we like to work. We know these properties because we have walked through them. We can tell you which ones have the terrace that catches the sunset, which pools really are private, and which neighborhoods stay quiet in February versus the ones that fill up. When you tell us what you are looking for, we send a short list of villas that actually fit, not whatever is sitting empty.
We have live access to more than 460 private villas across 19 neighborhoods. Hillside in Lurin, beachfront on St. Jean, secluded in Colombier or Gouverneur. Whatever you have in mind, we can pull together a few options that are genuinely available for your dates.
Every booking also comes with a personal concierge included. The same person you book the villa with handles the rest of the trip too: transfers, restaurant tables, a chef for the night you do not want to go out, a boat for a day on the water, groceries waiting in the kitchen when you arrive. The villa booking comes with a personal concierge at no extra cost. Transfers, dining reservations, private chefs, boats, cars, groceries before you land. You do not need a separate company for any of it. One contact takes care of the trip.
